union village HOA By-Laws

Each resident of Union Village is bound by the Union Village by-laws. When you purchased your home, you signed a legal document agreeing to uphold these by-laws, one of which is to pay bi-annual dues. Some other things which are addressed in the by-laws are guidelines for the types of fences which can be built, pets must not be allowed to run off leash outside their own yard, garbage containers and recycle bins must be kept inside, and boats, jet skis, and trailers may not be kept in driveways long-term (and this does mean they cannot sit there over the summer).

Because you signed a legal document agreeing to these things, the HOA Board may legally remove a fence, have boats/jet skis/trailers removed from properties on any day but Sunday, and fine residents for infractions. We would much prefer that everyone just follow the by-laws, so you may download a copy from this page at any time.

If you have any questions about building a fence, putting in a pool (it must be in-ground), or anything else that you think may be covered in the by-laws, please email one of the HOA Board members and we will get back to you within 72 hours.
